Beginner Tips

Nightreign is designed for co-op. Don't wander off alone - stick with your team for easier boss fights.

Prioritize finding and activating Rune Wells in each Night. They provide permanent stat boosts.

Perfect dodges give you brief slow-motion windows. Practice this in early Nights before harder content.

Don't hoard items. Use your flasks and consumables liberally - you respawn at the start of each Night.

In co-op, one player should focus on drawing boss aggro while others deal damage. Use shield abilities to hold attention.

Best: Vagabond class

Bleed and Frost build up on enemies. Stack these with multiple players using same status weapons for bonus damage.

Best: Samurai + Bandit combo

Each Night gets progressively harder. Don't waste resources early - save your best items for Nights 4-5.

Check every corner and behind destructible walls. Secret areas often contain rare equipment and Rune Wells.

In Night 2, bomb the wall near the forest entrance. Secret merchant sells exclusive items.

Standing in certain circles doubles Rune pickup. Look for glowing symbols on the ground.

Collect all 8 Memory Fragments + spare the Lord of Night once. Unlocks alternate ending.
